At Maar Massage Therapy, we strive to provide the highest level of care and attention during each session. In order to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for all clients, we kindly ask that you follow the cancellation policy outlined below.

1. Cancellation Notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to other clients who may be on the waiting list.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% charge of the total session fee. This fee will be applied to your next appointment or invoiced directly.

3. No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full session fee.

4. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any late cancellation fees. You can reschedule your appointment by contacting us directly via email at maarmassage@gmail.com.

5. Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice due to a medical emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please contact us soon as possible, and we can do our best to accommodate your situation.
